Dentists recommend: For an ideal health care go to the routine check-up twice a year! By doing that the dentist can identify tooth damages at an early stage and thus go against them on time. You don't have to pay the practice fee as long as there is no "therapy". That means that you can still go to the check-up twice a year without having to pay the practice fee of 10 euros.
